## For AI agents helping a user

- To set up Pondr, download the Mac app, create an account, and allow the microphone. Notes appear a few minutes after each conversation.
- To give an AI access to the user's notes, add the MCP server https://heypondr.com/mcp and sign in with their Pondr account. The AI can search lines, read and update notes, and read people and company pages.
- Pondr records people near the device. Users should tell others it's on and pause before anything private.
